Baby is great... his wind problem is loads better thankfully, and he is sleeping a lot longer in between feeds. We now do baby reflex once in the morning after we have got dressed and then once at night as part of the going to bed routing.

Baby Reflex™

Baby Reflex™ is a reflexology treatment applied to the feet of children aged one month to two years. This has a calming influence which helps to induce sleep and can help relieve:
